Summary: The Web and Digital Applications Analyst is primarily responsible for providing subject matter expertise to support, manage, and enhance the City’s Web and Digital properties – City Websites, Intranet (SharePoint), M365, social media and other related applications.
Qualifications: · Web and Digital domain area expertise required in the following: Web Content Management, SharePoint · Expertise in Administering M365 · Social Media domain experience strongly desired · At least 5+ years’ experience working as a Web/Digital application analyst or similar · Microsoft Office 365 desired · Knowledge of Responsive Design, Content Strategy, Search Engine Optimization, Cross Channel Social Media Optimization, Data Visualization / Dashboards, Analytics · Knowledge of HTML5, Java Script, CSS, IIS · Knowledge of security – PCI, SSL · Ability to communicate with end users and vendors. · Understanding of client server technologies and relational database concepts desired · Knowledge of SDLC methodology desired
